Sub-directories This site contains two (2) main sub-directories: 1.0 Guidelines contains the Standard Guidelines Sections and Appendices. The Sections document contains a Foreword section and an issue page that records the Issue No and date of each of the Sections and Appendices. These documents are provided in PDF format. 2.0 Drawings contains a list and set of standard drawings that have been approved by the Town. The standard drawings in the list have the following order of precedence: 1. Town standard drawings, 2. Noted standard drawings from other jurisdictions, 3. Ontario Provincial Standard Drawings (OPSD) that have been modified by the Town, 4. Ontario Provincial Standard Drawings (OPSD) that have been adopted by the Town. The standard drawings are provided in AutoCAD and/or PDF format. Each standard drawing is a standalone document with an Issue No and Date. Ontario Provincial Standard Drawings (OPSD) that have been adopted by the Town, (see the drawing list) and/or other jurisdiction drawings that are specifically approved by the Town are not contained on this Web site. Updates Sections, Appendices and Standard Drawings currently in use are contained within Current sub-directories. When revised, the superseded issues are moved to the Superseded sub-directories. All files are contained within the Current and Superseded sub-directories. Changes and revisions will be made from time to time. It is the responsibility of the Developer, Development Engineer and/or Landscape Architect to obtain current versions. Any proposed corrections to these guidelines and standard drawings shall be brought to the attention of the Town.
